Famous Sindhi Dramatist And Writer Abdul Qadir Junejo Passes Away

Famous Sindhi writer and dramatist Abdul Qadir Junejo passed away at Jamshoro, from a long time he was on bed and was suffering from liver disorder. He passed away at the age of 77. Mr. Junejo was well-known from his dramas, while he also penned an English novel "The Dead River", while he had also finished its sequel "Rustics", apart from that he authored more than 10 books in Sindhi language including sketches, literary criticism, short stories and translations. In 2008, for his great services for literature the Government of Pakistan awarded him Pride of Performance Award and in 2016, Sindh government awarded him Latif Award. Mr. Junejo served as chairman Sindhi Language Authority and Director Institute of Sindhology. In this regards renowned Sindhi short story writer and close friend of Mr. Junejo, Shoukat Shoro offered condolence with deceased's family and termed it a great loss of Sindhi literature.

CEAD Graduate Aziz Chang Missing From 31st January 2020

Family of artist, graphic designer and CEAD graduate Abdul Aziz Chang has showed serious concerns regarding his life and health after he went missing from 31st January 2020 outside his home, it was alleged that Jamshoro police abducted Abdul Aziz Chang without any reason in between 8:30 to 9:00 pm. In this regards WiseSindh contacted Abdul Fateh Chang, younger brother of Abdul Aziz, who state that: "My brother Abdul Aziz Chang, the artist, photographer and renowned graphic designer was abducted by police officer Nisar Shah  from Jamshoro, on January 31, 2020 between 8:30 to 9:00 PM outside the home from B-54, Sindhi University Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Jamshoro, Phase-1-Sindh.   Abdul Aziz Chang is law abiding, innocent citizen and has no connection with any religious, political or social organization. Bhutto Committed Political Blunders: Jami Chandio

Renowned Sindhi political analyst and critic Mr. Jami Chandio has claimed that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto committed many political blunders, while there were contradictions in his politics and ideology. He was talking to a youtuber Hussun Abbas, after recent controversy regarding Bhutto and his books that came out after Mr. Chandio's social media post. Mr. Chandio said that: "There is no doubt that Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was among great politicians, not only of Pakistan or this region but of the world in the later half of 20th century, his politics and thinking has international and  South Asian dimensions, as well as in the context of Muslim world, third world and aslo in the context of Pakistan.
