MUET Student Shayan Shah Reported Dead After Falling From Moving University Point
A student of Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, named Shayan Shah s/o Meer Ali Shah was reported dead as he fell down from the university point here on Monday.
According to gathered information Shayan Shah s/o Meer Ali Shah, aged 22, was reported dead in an unfortunate incident that took place at Naseem Nagar Chowk, Qasimabad, it was reported that Shayan jumped out of the moving university point and was crushed under its wheels.
The local police reached on the spot and shifted the dead body to hospital for initial process and later on the body was handed over to the relatives.
According to local police the incident took place this afternoon as Shayan was trying to get off from the university point.
Meanwhile the social activists and civil society including Mohsin Joyo, Jami Chandio, Shabir Nizamani and others shared their condolences with the family and termed it negligence of the driver.
In this regards writer and activist Mohsin Joyo on his official social media page claimed that:
"Due to wrong policies of universities and carelessness of drug addicted university drivers the future of Sindh is thrown into jaws of death."
Likewise renowned writer Jami Chandio on his official social media account posted that:
"The corrupt and low standard transport system of universities is responsible for heart breaking deaths of youth like Shayan Shah. While primarily university administrations are responsible for that."
Really irresponsible act by university's administration , we lost a really Innocent soul . I find my heart into pieces whenever I think of his family , He was a really nice guy ..
