MUET's Prof. Inam Bhatti Goes Missing From Karachi Airport
Professor Inam Bhatti of Mehran University of Engineering And Technology (MUET), Jamshoro has been abducted by unknown men from Karachi Airport. Prof. Bhatti was going to Istanbul, Turkey to attend an academic conference, when he was abducted from airport, he was accompanied by his son.
Prof. Bhatti is professor of Chemical department, while he is also director of Office Of Research Innovation And Commercialization.
MUET sources have claimed that Prof. Bhatti was traveling to Turkey for an academic conference, when he was abducted by unknown men at airport, while his son Salar was left alone.
Prof. Bhatti is politically associated with Sindh United Party (SUP), in this regard WiseSindh contacted SUP leader Syed Zain Shah through social media, who claimed that Prof. Bhatti has been abducted by law enforcing agencies and he condemns such an act against a professor of a well-reputed institute of the country.
Mr. Shah also claimed that men of letters, intellectuals and educationists happened to be glory of the motherland and it was duty of every son of soil to stand and raise voice against such an unjust act.
